It’s often about economic justice, “social justice”, NOT TARGETING POOR PEOPLE, working people, but the wealth elite. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE when the prophets call out such broad evils in a nation?
How about NOW? If today’s billionaires are doing evil – are we not allowed to point it out? Does their wealth insulate them from criticism? They certainly don’t like to be criticized.
But Republican President Teddy Roosevelt called many of the super-wealthy “malefactors [evildoers] of great wealth”. Why can’t we? Shouldn’t we?
